My experience with Okanagan For You was incredible. My husband and I moved from New Zealand to Kamloops in January / 2021 in the middle of a pandemic with two cats. I met Leandro through instagram and got in touch to ask for his help with my move to Kamloops. We had some restrictions because we had animals and because we would like to live in a house. Leandro and his team at all times told us honestly what would be the difficulties to find a house in these conditions, considering that Kamloops has several challenges in terms of rent due to the limited number of properties. The Okanagan For You team sent me options of houses and also apartments so that I could evaluate and together we discussed the pros and cons. Super patient with us, they took all our doubts through WhatsApp and even though I had a completely different timezone, I received the information immediately. We found the house literally of dreams, we did a facetime interview with the owners of the house and closed a deal. Leandro took care of the documentation part, evaluating if the owners were including all the necessary information, especially because my husband and I are laymen about it. Their team sent me videos of the house, photos and I felt like I was already living in Canada. I would not have been so calm in the face of such a stressful process of change had it not been for them. I am immensely grateful and recommend with closed eyes the services offered by them. They are extremely trustworthy, punctual and have become great friends on this journey. My husband, my four-legged children and I thank you for the welcome we received in Canada and for all the help during the process that allowed us to take care of other bureaucratic steps without having to worry about where we would live.
